Went for an early morning run this morning, now off for workout #2: weight lifting & cardio. I only ran 2 miles this morning, making it okay for me to run tonight. However, I plan on an elevated elliptical “run” so that I still get in some cardio, without the extra strain on my (still recovering) knees.
